Lucinda and her famous little mare Headley Britannia together won 3 of the world’s 6 CCI5* FEI events – Burghley 2006, Badminton 2007 and Kentucky 2009. Headley Britannia is the only mare to have ever won all three events, and also adds an Olympic team Silver medal (Beijing 2008) to her accolades. Lucinda’s competitive career highlights include wins at Punchestown, Blenheim, Osberton, Windsor and the CDI Grand Prix at Hickstead, as well as representing Australia at the London 2012 Olympics on Flying Finish.

Lucinda was coach to the Hong Kong Team, coaching them to win their first and only medal in Eventing at the 2014 Asian Games, and now regularly teaches riders on the Dutch team as well as a number of 4* riders in the UK.

Lucinda sadly had to retire from competition and jumping in 2017, having broken her knee in a riding accident. She now devotes her time to teaching at all levels and developing horses with her daughter Ellie. Lucinda can be seen out on the eventing circuit throughout the season with Ellie and her pupils.
