Ellie Fredericks
Rider
Having successfully competed up to Advanced and 4* level in the past three years, 21 year old Ellie Fredericks is turning her attention to the young horses in 2025, with her sights set on Le Lion Young Horse Championships with Upper Class Brit (Daisy) or her twin brother Upsi Britannia (Upsi).
Alongside Upsi and Daisy, Ellie will be competing new horse Agent WW (Hector), owned by herself & Liz Hills, and young project horse NSP Milan (Maynard) this season.
Highlights of Ellie’s career so far include completing her first 4* event at Bicton International on Lucinda’s stallion Britannia’s Mail and producing Pure Trendsetter (owned by Lucinda Fredericks and Liz Hills) from a raw 5 year old to achieve placings at Advanced level with the pair also representing GB at Le Lion Young Horse Championships in 2022 and the European Young Rider Championships in 2023 before Pure Trendsetter was forced to retire in 2024.

Mimi Jones
Head Groom
Mimi arrived at LFE in September 2024 as a Working Pupil with her horse Otis. Stepping up to Head Groom in September 2025, she is embracing all the opportunities that come with living and working at Rosegarth. Mimi and new horse George have had a fantastic 2025 with Lucinda’s support, ending the season with a successful CCI3*-S run at Cornbury.
Sophie Harris
Working Pupil
Sophie joined us in September 2025 with her horse Archie. Having grown up around horses and been a dedicated member of the Pony Club Sophie is keen to gain more experience and develop her skills in a professional environment.
OFFICE
Jude Rosier
PA / Office Manager
Jude is responsible for all admin, HR and finance. She is in the office Monday – Thursday each week. Jude has an Exmoor pony called Jack, who is the bane love of her life!
