An educational Barbury with the young horses

The Cotswold Cup – Barbury Castle was interesting and educational for the six LFE horses competing. Our little 4 year old Savannah UK flew the flag with Ellie Fredericks with a super, confident double clear to finish 6th in the 80 class. Working Pupil Lorna Murphy also had an excellent clear XC on Britannia’s Mail progeny, Britannia’s Pleasure.

The ground was good and the three galloping courses were helpful to teach the young ones how to cope with sloping terrain. We love the team at the Cotswold Cup events – always friendly and well organised. Thank you!

Next stop is West Wilts EC for some of our Working Pupils, young horses and new girl Orsay. Upsi Britannia and Upper Class Brit will be out doing some BS and extra dressage practice for Mr Upsi!
