Working Pupil Opportunities

We have some amazing opportunities to experience life on a busy competition yard as a Working Pupil, starting this Autumn.

As a Working Pupil you will be expected to take part in all the usual yard duties and you will be given the opportunity to learn from Lucinda and Ellie and develop your riding skills whilst working with our small, friendly, sociable team.

Bring your own horse to make the most of the experience, with as much tuition, support and advice from Lucinda as you would like. We have superb facilities with turnout and excellent off-road hacking. There is also a chance to train and ride other horses, depending on experience.

Ideally suited to individuals with competition goals as it is a unique opportunity to learn from a professional, be part of the LFE team throughout the 2025 BE season as well as having all the support you need.

These are live-in, 1 year placements, with excellent on-site accommodation. Applicants must be 18+, able to work as part of a team and be reliable, hard-working and positive. Would be ideal for a gap year or post-University experience. Trials / interviews available immediately.
